* All students have to upload a copy of marksheet of last examination passed and a copy of registration certificate
* Those students seeking free Admission have to Choose Family Income accordingly.

* Students seeking free admission have to upload a copy of income certificate.

* Students need to take a print out of the filled form, after form fillup and submit a printed copy in the college office.

* Students seeking free admission will require submit a photograph of Planted tree which was planted for taking free admission into BA/BSc 1st semester in the College office along with printed copy of the form

* Students having Education and Home Science as Honours or Generic will have to pay an additional amount of 200/- as a Practical fee at the time of admission.

* Students of 3rd and 5th semester having Backlog/not cleared all papers in the last semester examination (1st semester and 3rd-semester examination) will not be entertained for free admission.

* Students have to provide valid caste certificate as required by the selected caste along with this form.
